I hereby tender my resignation from the position of Marketing Manager<Your Designation> at Handmade Solutions<Employer’s Name>.

I am just a few weeks away from giving birth to my baby and I would not be rejoining work after giving birth. While I do appreciate the fact that Handmade Solutions<Employer’s Name> provides a 3-month<Period of maternity leave> maternity leave after which I could return to work, I have decided against taking this option. I hope you understand and appreciate my decision.
